Shipping policy

As part of our standard service all of our items are gift wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in an organza bag. A free silver jewellery polishing cloth is also included. This is then shipped in the appropriate protective non-plastic recyclable packaging.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, will will post your item the next day (Mon to Fri).

Standard Delivery is Free - Items will be sent free by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Service.
Special Delivery - If you select Special Delivery your item will be dispatched with Royal Mail Special delivery guaranteed within 32 hours of purchase, but hopefully faster. If you need next day your order will need to be purchased before 8am that day.
The cost of this service is £8.50

WORLDWIDE
Items will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail which is tracked.  Silver Sisters items are sold from the UK and we do not take any responsibility for any import or other local taxes that may be payable in the country being shipped to. 
We regret, we cannot post to PO Boxes​

 

All customers outside the EU will be liable for import tax on their order as per the tax regulations for their country of residence.
